Three laws already in force (and one more coming) require large companies to prove exactly how much CO₂ they emit — including emissions generated by their AI models. Most companies still have no way to prove it. What do we do in one sentence?
Every time you talk to an AI (like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), or every time your phone does anything, it uses electricity. Electricity comes from plants that usually burn fuel, which releases CO₂ into the air. We measure exactly how much CO₂ was released and we sign it digitally — like a math-based honor signature — so nobody can lie about the number.
Why does this matter? — the unfiltered truth
Think about your child, your niece, your grandchild. Think about the air they'll be breathing twenty years from now. Think about the summer of 2045, when they're the age you are today. What will that summer look like? Will they walk outside without a mask? Will water still come out of the tap? Will there still be a beach, or will the sea have swallowed the coast? That depends on the decisions the biggest companies in the world make TODAY — and nobody is forcing them to tell the truth about how much they pollute. The largest companies on the planet — the cloud giants, the hyperscalers — burn enormous amounts of electricity training artificial intelligence. Brutal amounts. And nobody knows exactly how much, because they file the report themselves and nobody verifies it. It's like asking the fox to guard the henhouse. Until today, that report is a handwritten notebook anyone can edit. They lie because they can. They guess because it suits them. And the planet — the only one we have, the only one we're leaving our children — keeps heating up while the spreadsheets say otherwise.
We are the magic notebook that can't be erased or changed. Every gram of CO₂ stays signed with math, stored on two public chains (Bitcoin and Polygon) that live on thousands of computers around the world at the same time. If a company lies, we prove it. If they tell the truth, we confirm it. For the first time in history, humanity has a tamper-proof scale to measure the damage artificial intelligence is doing to the planet. That's what's at stake. We're not making a product. We're making the laws that already exist — the laws that protect your children — actually enforceable. How does this help the world?
There are new laws saying "big company, prove to me exactly how much you pollute". If the company can't prove it, they pay fines or can't sell in that country. Today most companies lie or guess because they have no way to measure properly. We give them the tool to measure properly and prove it. That way companies that pollute a lot have to pay more, and those that pollute less win the advantage. It forces everyone to pollute less. That protects the planet for our children and grandchildren.
Why are we the only ones?
Because almost all companies measure carbon ONLY in their big servers (the cloud-giant data centers). Nobody measures the carbon YOUR PHONE burns when you chat with ChatGPT, or your TV when you watch Netflix, or your Tesla as it drives. We do — from the device's own chip, which has a safe called TEE where a secret key lives that signs the data before it leaves. Like a factory seal proving "this number is real, came from here, not made up". That's why we are the only ones in the world doing this at every personal device level.
What if you don't count on us?
Your company will have to buy something equivalent, more expensive, in 1-2 years, already late with the law. Or pay big fines. Or be locked out of California and Europe. We are ready today, we are first, and we have patents that protect this invention so nobody can copy without paying license.
Applies to every company operating in California with annual revenue above $1 billion USD. Requires reporting Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions — including emissions from AI providers, cloud and compute services. First report due: November 2026 for Scope 1+2; 2027 for Scope 3. Penalties: up to $500,000 per violation. False reporting carries civil and criminal liability.
Applies to all general-purpose AI model providers (GPAI) operating in the European Union — including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta Llama, Mistral, Cohere. Obligations from August 2026: publish technical documentation, training corpus summary, copyright mechanisms, and training/inference energy consumption. Penalties: up to 3% of global annual revenue or €15 million, whichever is greater.
Applies to all generative AI developers with models available to California residents. Requires publishing (1) training corpus description, (2) data collection period, (3) presence of personal or copyright data, (4) cleaning method. Effective: January 1, 2026. Retroactive to models trained from 2022.
Replaces the prior NFRD directive. Applies to ~50,000 European and non-European companies with significant EU presence. Reporting due since 2025 with fiscal year 2024 data. Requires detailed Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions report signed by external auditor. Double materiality: impact on the planet + financial impact of climate change.
Every signature generated by AXIOMAX is independently verifiable — you don't need to trust our server. Your browser (or any script) downloads the ed25519 public key, downloads the receipt signature, and mathematically checks that the content was not altered. If the signature matches, the content is exactly what was signed at the time. If anyone tried to modify a single byte, the signature fails.
